  1. peel and crush the garlic. Mince the onions and peppers and tomatoes
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

  7. Add the ground meat to the sauce pot and cook until well done, breaking up chunks
  8. Add the tomato sauce and stir over the heat until steaming
  9. while the sauce is heating, blend the cottage cheese until smooth. Once the sauce is warm, slowly add the blended cottage cheese, gently stirring to combine
  10. Once the water is boiling for the pasta, add and cook according to the box instructions
